The structure of the Sober Bugs Hive has been adopted from many different recovery programs, institutions, and experiences. The goal of SBR is to provide the best of all worlds in an understandable, fun, rewarding, and educational process. SBR provides you or your family with self-paced workbooks, journaling prompts, 20-minute self-guided meditations, practical 12-steps awareness, secular and scientific resources, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) awareness. If you seek guidance while working through your program, we also help you get in-touch with an advisor/mentor to help guide you.
